Okay Windows 7 is booting but I get brought to a Black Screen and the desktop never loads. On the screen is the Windows 7 Home premium Logo at the bottom. At the top left corner is the keyboard language, bottom left is accessibility options, and bottom right is the shutdown/sleep/restart button. I have a cursor as well that moves. Ctrl+Shift+Esc & Crtl+Alt+Delete do nothing. Oddly Windows Key + P (which is used when connecting a external monitor) worked. I thought maybe my desktop is being outputted through HDMI, but when I connected a monitor I got the same screen. I tried going to back to a System Restore point but all 5 of them have failed to restore. I did a disk check and memory check there were no problem. Booting into Safe mode / with network / with command prompt being me back to the exact same screen and no command prompt ever appears. I recently enabled the hidden administrative account so maybe that's the problem? My computer is a HP Envy 15-1270ca, i'm writing this on it right now in Splashtop Chromium OS. PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM! thanks
