Windows 7 Build 7601 - This copy of windows in not genuine???
Hi any help would be greatly appreciated.. I have been using this version of windows for maybe more than a year now.. and suddenly it decided to say its not genuine.. I don't understand whats going on as i have always updated computer... I tried using windows activation update but it just ran in a dead loop.. Hi, How did you activate Windows 7? Where did you get the key? I notice it is a HP computer. You should have COA which is affixed on the computer. If you find the product key on the COA, please use the following way to re-activate Windows 7. 1. Click Start -> type CMD in the search box -> in the list, right click CMD and run as administrator 2. In the open window, copy and paste the following command one by one net stop sppsvc cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform rename tokens.dat tokens.bar cd %windir%\system32 net start sppsvc Note: if you receive any error, please let me know. 3.
