Windows 7 Credentials Manager uses incorrect domain to authenticate against
Hello we are seeing an issue where Credentials Manager is populating the incorrect Domain information when trying to authenticate users(username info) to a NAS box, this happens to more than one user and to more than one network resource. The only solution in this multiple domain environment is to clear the credentials manager and start over from scratch. Anyone have any similar issues?

1. Are there any traces in Event logs? 2. Use audit to pinpoint the cause of problems with authentication (It would be reasonable to give more information on zour szstem.) Regards Milos

Have not checked event logs as of yet...more information on issue..it looks to be isolated to laptop users who had older NT cached credentials. When the login box to the network resource(fileshare, web portal, etc) it is showing the old NT cached username instead of the new AD domain credentials.
