System instructing to close the windows dvd maker before starting the windows, but i couldn't stop the windows dvd maker and it's increasing and also system is very slow functioning. How can stop instantly this windows dvd maker ? please

I assume that this issue occurs when you try to burning a DVD. Is that correct? If so, please let us know if you have installed other burning software, such as Nero. If so please completely remove it. However if not, please let us know more detail information.Arthur Xie - MSFT

It occured when cinema dvd installed to lap top, it became like that. Several time I tried to close this warning note of windows "close the windows dvd maker before starting the other windows", but i couldn't close. It is more than 400 windows opened condition when i checked this. Now this system is very slow and couldn't close the dvd maker windows. Several times i shut down the computer and also restarted but same things .Please advise me to fixing the problem and also how to close these windows dvd maker. Note: When I purchasing,all software are available eg:-windows DVD maker & nero, after that not installed nothing Thanks ASIF

Please open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\AutoPlay, choose Windows Media Player or other players for the “DVD movie”.Arthur Xie - MSFT
