Keep getting these errors... Have run SFC and repaired... Virus Scan, no results.... Keeps rebooting computer.... Really frustrated.... 1. You have omitted some important information. When did it start and if the is any "suspition" that the update, application, change of configuration, or new hardware could influence the behaviour. 2. If you are talking about restart, is it blue sceen of death? The upload minidump to any cloud storage like SkyDrive. Regards Milos

Sorry no changes to system. Started roughly a week ago.... No BSOD....

Both modules that are failing are part of .NET framework, so I would try to update this to see if that might solve the problem. You can download it from this link: http://www.microsoft.com/net Regards Andreas

I have removed and reinstalled .NET.... will see how it goes...
