Hi, We are having an issue with print to file in Windows 7 professional. We have installed a file printer (by selecting the File in the Port section of installation). When we try to print any document using this printer, the file gets spooled but it does not print. It just says error printing and it does not even ask for the file name in which it has to be saved. This is working fine in Windows XP Professional. With regards, tmbitd

IMHO Windows 7 has more improved 'file printer' - XPS Document Writer. Did you try to use it?

Try to go in the system event to know if its show something...ITBM
