Windows 7 Fix error messages
Client's system is giving error messages of ' High RAM usage', 'HDD failure' and 'IDE/SATA failure'. Client said that a pop-up asked if she wanted to run Windows 7 fix. No command prompt available to run chkdsk, Can't get to Task Manager via Ctrl+Alt+Delete.

Sounds like you picked up some malware. Try booting to Safe Mode with networking. Then download, update and run
Malwarebytes. If you can't get to the Malwarebyte site, download Malwarebytes on another PC and save it to a flash drive. Put the drive in the infected PC and run Malwarebytes in safe mode.

When you opened Task Manager did you click on the " Show processes for all users " button at the bottom left of the window ?
If not, suggest you do so and see if mscorsvw.exe is using a large amount of CPU cycles.
