Windows 7 Microphone problem
Hi, I have a soft PBX system, where some times customer cannot hear us. But we can hear the customer end. When we open and check the sound recorder we cant see any MIC input. After log off and login..... all comes back to normal. My OS is windows 7.Please help . Thanks IrshardIrshard Zahir

Does the Microphone work with other programs, such as Live Messenger or Skype, properly? If it works properly, the issue should be caused by the soft PBX system you are using. Try to upgrade the audio driver. Run the system as administrator every time.
