Windows 7 Networking
Me and a friend of mine want to share an internet connection on Window 7 Ultimate. We are using a HSDPA Modem from cell C. I have shared this connection and it has come so far that he can even enable the device from his computer, but the problem is he still does not have internet access. Can you help please?

How many network adapters do you have? How does the other computer connect to your computer? Does the your computer connect to Internet properly when ICS is established? To enable ICS please refer the following article Using ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) Additionally I suggest that you check IPv4 settings on both computers. Please manually set the IP address of the peer to peer connection on Windows 7 computer to 192.168.0.1, and set the address of the mac computer to 192.168.0.2, or other addresses that are in the network section 192.168.0.*. Also set the default gateway of the mac computer to 192.168.0.1. If the issue persists, please temporary disable anti-virus and firewall on the Windows 7 computer. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
