Hi, We use Windows 7 Ms Office and have an external Server to save all our files. When I open a file from the server and want to save on my own documents or desktop, it only shows the path to external server. I want to save the file in my own document/desktop rather than the server. Please help!!

Thanks for replying Ken, I did go to 'Save as', it doesn't give me the option to choose a different folder. The only folder i can save to is the server folder.Zarmina
