Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit Remote Desktop host missing

Hi! I've read dozens of discussions about this topic, also from here, but I couldn't find any solution. My problem is that using the mentioned OS I have no Remote Desktop settings under Remote Settings (although AFAIK there should be one, also my friend with the same OS has it), just Remote Assistance. I've run sfc /scannow and it found some errors (I use this installation since a year and have absolutely no issues with it), those are at the bottom. It is recommended that to perform an In-place Upgrade or refer to How to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows Vista or on Windows 7 and see how it works.
