I recently installed Windows 7 Service pack 1 64bit. After the installation was complete my computer no longer boots up at all. After the windows logo it "blue screens" and restarts itself to begin the process again. I cannot start my PC in safe mode as that also "blue screens" i have also tried to repair with no luck and to restore to a previous state but the Installation of SP1 deleted any earlier. One thing that caught my eye on the Blue screen was that it stated that there were no licensed language packs installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated, i would also like to know what Microsoft are going to do about this crippling bug.

Boot from the installation DVD and select the Start-up repair option.
