Windows 7 Screensaver glitch?
Alright, so uh.. Basically my computer has no hibernation, or sleep mode. Nothing. At least not that I'm aware of. However, it'll still go to a black screen. Before you say this is a virus.. This has done this ever since I completely system formatted my entire PC to factory. I've updated everything to how it should be. Now my only issue besides that, is this.. Even when it did used to black screen (which I was okay with), it still kept the sound. I do not have personalized speakers. I'm using a Panasonic 32" TV HDMI connection based. It NEVER used to do what it does now which is when it hits that black screen, alllllllll of my sound then cuts out in general on my computer, and then I have to click in the nav bar, and select my default sound piece again.. Everywhere I checked said it was the TV.. Uhmm. No, it's not. I'm well aware of that. I'm wondering if there's anything I messed up on? I'm pretty computer literate, so I'm about 99% sure I've got everything as it should be. It's actually starting to realllly irritate me. It never did this. I've scanned, cleaned out any harmful viruses which there really weren't any. But, never the less, I would very much so appreciate some help. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit Nvidia 5670 HD graphics card, Sound Blaster Creative X-FI sound card.

Hi, How did you get the black screen issue? If you configured a screensaver, you could disable screensaver to see the result. Meanwhile, if you are not aware with the black screen, I suspect this is related to the black screen behavior, when computer goes into this situation, all processes are still running, so you could boot into Clean Boot mode to see what the result is.
