Windows 7 and Bluetooth DUN
Hi,
I have an issue with creating a dial up networking connection via a paired bluetooth phone (samsung i5700). The device pairs successfully and is visbile as a modem under bluetooth devices. However when I attemp to create a dial up connection
(usual blan username and password, dialing #777) it fails with the error message "Cannot create the connection.". Nothing is in the eventlogs and the phone/modem is displayed as working correctly under device manager. Any assitance appreciated.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet forums.
Based on my research, to
get access to a GPRS/wireless modem/ dial-up network, you need to use PC studio
application and run the Network set up wizard (PC studio disc is included in retail box). You can download it from the following link:
SAMSUNG
New PC Studio, PC Sync
Please note:
we provide the third party link to download software for technical use only. There may be some changes without notice, Microsoft
doesn’t guarantee any accuracy on contacting information.
BTW, if the issue persists, please contact SAMSUNG for a specific solution.
