Hi,temporarily disable your antivirus software, then open Start - Control panel -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab -> press the Reset button, click OK when a dialog window is appear; than find the Settings list on the advanced tab and uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions" -> press Apply and OK. all those are good advice but unchecking the third party extensions in the growser extensions is also a help
