After an upgrade from Acronis 2010 to 2011. I started getting random bluscreen restarts on my system. Decided to uninstall Acronis, used windows 7 x64 pro uninstall. Upon reboot I found that acronis was not completely removed but it also was not functional. It also left my win backup and restore non functional. Ihave been reading the forums and have cleaned the registry removed as many traces of acronis as i can find. What advice acronis has does not work and they have no workaround for the problem., I have done file integrity checks , reregistered dll`s and restarted services. The only error response I receive is " The module sdcpl.dll was loaded but the call to DLLregisterServer failed with error code )x80070005" If I use restore or recovery it will just reinstall Acronis 2010. I would rather just do a reinstall of windows 7 x64 Pro at that point. If anybody any sugestions it would be appreciated.
