Windows 7 backup to Iomega portable hard drive USB 2.00 'system cannot find the file specified. (Ox80070002)
This was my first back up to a new external disk drive. I think it backed everything up but I was left with the message 'Backup encoutered a problem while backing up file C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\PDF Files. Error: (the system cannot find the file specified. (Ox80070002)). Have recently upgraded from Vista Home Premium 32.

Did you copy and paste that error code or did you type it? Reason I ask is people from the UK use that error code in reference to a completely different problem related to a European release of AVG software. Personally I would not be concerned with PDF files from the system32 directory not being backed up but that's probably not the answer you want to hear. If you have sufficient rights to look in that folder, you could peek in there and see if there's even anything in there.
