We have a new Presario with Vista in the office, and tried to upgrade to Windows 7 Release Candidate yesterday, it seemed to start off simple enough, but at the point it started to install the Win 7 features (it didthe uncompress install,backup data, etc) phase, it got to 6% and then blue screened (within the install watch window), and then reverted back to the Vista install. It didn't allow me enough time to note any error messages or give me options, it just flipped back to the restore phase saying that the upgrade was unsuccessful).I tried it with a new download, and with and without the check for updates part of the initial phase (finding only 1 1033k update).Don't know where to go from here?

Well try installing it again maybe it was a simple problem, and if that dosent work, try redownloading then birning it on a disk again, if that dosent work please send me your computer stats and ill respond thanks
