Windows 7 connection problem
Hello everyone...
This morning i just woke up and set on my computer, after working on my own website (didn't installed anything anywhere) and i tried to open a new tab, after few seconds mozzila stopped working...i mean it won't load any webpage.
I thaught it's because i lost my connection, but i was confused because i still got connected in windows live messenger, i thaught it's some kind of bug...
After several minutes i restarted my PC and tried to connect to any page from mozzila and when i type the webpage and click enter mozzila leaves me a blank page, than i thaught it's up to mozzila, tried the same on internet explorer and it shows the same.
Than i asked my friends and they said like...Try to install opera or google chrome, other said try to backup it maybe you installed something that hard your browsers, i scanned whole my computer because i thaught i got any virus and jesus i did everything
possible but nothing didn't worked.
Does anyone have any idea what is the problem or how to fix this?
Thanks in Advance

Hi,
What is the network environment? Wireless or wired? If you are using Wireless connection, please use wired one to test.
In this situation, we can take the following steps to check:
1.
Considering this issue did not occur before, you could perform System Restore to go back to a previous time point which Windows 7 worked fine. Then check the result.
2.
If the computer connects to Internet via router, please try to bypass the router and connect to the Internet directly to test.
3.
Go to
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\Network and Internet, select
Internet Connection, and check what the problem is.
4.
If it is possible, test this issue on another computer to verify if the culprit is your network.
5.
Boot into Safe Mode with networking to check what the result is.
Hope it helps.
