Windows 7 firewall and Symantec Endpoint protection
Hi all, I have installed symantec endpoint protection and enabled network threat proction in my Windows 7, would you like tell me shall I disalbe windows 7 firewall serivice? thanks.

this computer is in Domain or its just a home PC? if its home Computer, it's not a problem that both were enabled... as i remember on symantec forums there is not written that, we have to turn of windows firewall service after the installation of SEP... this is my opinion

Hi, you can disable Windows Firewall after installing third party firewall as installing two firewalls may cause potential network access issue. In fact, during the installation of SEP, Windows Firewall should be disabled.
