it makes my router error (led shows internet connected but can't connect) before, I used Windows XP never have a problem like this! please help thank you p.s. I was disable firewall , update network adapter driver to newest, disconnect IPv6 , and manything that I can find on internet.

Hi, What is the exactly error message? How the internet connection icon shows? Can you ping the website? You can reset the router or bypass the router to check the result.
