Windows 7 offline Syncronisation issue
We have configured offline file synchronization for all users in our network for the documents folder through GPO. Recently one user come up with a issue that there were some files seems to disappear. After done some searching from the following tools we found that the particular folder can be found under the offline files and folder + c:\windows\csc folder. http://www.voidtools.com/Everything-1.2.1.371.exe But the folder can not be access from those places. (Its Icon has change to white color and seem to be a corrupted). Still searching a solution to recover those files since that older is so important to the user Thanks..

Hi, To make this issue clear, please capture some related screenshots for us: How to capture a screenshot ========================= 1) Press the Print Screen key (PrtScn) on your keyboard. 2) Click the "Start" menu, type "mspaint" in the Search Bar and Press Enter. 3) In the Paint program, click the "Edit" menu, click "Paste", click the "File" menu, and click "Save". 4) The "Save As" dialogue box will appear. Type a file name in the "File name:" box, for example: "screenshot". 5) Make sure "JPEG (*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE;*.JFIF)" is selected in the "Save as type" box, click “Desktop” on the left pane and then click "Save". 6) Then Upload to SkyDrive. Meanwhile, I would like to confirm the following details: 1. Did this issue only occur to one user? How about other users? 2. Could you find any information in Sync Center? Currently, I suggest you check the offline file disk space: Manage disk space for offline files Alex Zhao Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
