As the RC is Windows 7 Ultimate, and Ultimate is a superset of all other Windows 7 editions, those install options are there. They can be used to install other editions instead of Ultimate, that's all. If you know how to do that: Don't do it because only the Ultimate edition can be activated with your product key, the others can't.Mobile AMD64 3000+, VIA Apollo K8T800 chipset, 1 G RAM, ATIRadeonMobility 9700, 20x DVDRW, C:XPSP3 (55G),D:WIN7 (25G),F:DATA (250G)

vistax - That makes absoloutely NO sense. XP was originially released in 2001. At the time, I seriously doubt anyone at Microsoft would have had a crystal ball that worked well enough to see 8 years into the future and could have come up with the exact names of products that weren't so much a twinkle in Bill Gates' eye... Even if this was an XP SP3 disk, that still makes no sense. Are you sure you weren't looking at the Windows 7 DVD? As it is, those files are likely installation scripts for the various flavors of Windows 7. They aren't very useful for much more than installing Windows 7.
