Windows 8.1 (64 Bit) crash: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hi  --

Today, I've started to experience bluescreens when running 3D games. The error says DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I'm running a 64 bit Windows 8.1.

Can someone tell me how to fix this and let me know what is wrong with my computer? I have a Minidump file uploaded to Onedrive. Please follow the link below. I cannot make it a hyperlink as my account is not yet verified, so copy and paste it.

Alright, I've done so. I made a restore point before doing any of this just in case.

Should I restart now, or just try to use the computer as normal?

In addition, although the installer says the installation is done, "Device Setup" opened twice saying it was installing necessary files and remains open.  Both seem to not be progressing as the progress bars seem stuck.

If your video driver installation has become corrupt, you may need to uninstall the video drivers from Programs and Features, restart, then attempt reinstallation. Another possibility is that the graphics chipset may not be being cooled properly and might be overheating.
