Also, i startup my pc just fine and shutdown just fine... sometimes while watching video, i might hear distorted sound of the video for only a second... not sure if this is related. Windows didn't hang or freeze... not sure why ... haha

before this issue happen, is there any changes? software, hardware, update?

may I know what PC model that you are using, this event ID 41 maybe cause by power faulty, we need to do some test in hardware which related to power (I suggest discuss with PC manufactured)

regarding event ID 6008 I suggest you do clean boot to isolate 3rd party software issue (password-protected screensaver or else)

or did you use InitiateSystemShutdownEx function to shutdown computer automatically?

you can try windows performance toolkit to investigate more as suggested

Stuart

Please run a window performance recorder trace using the re-boot configuration and upload the event viewer logs

In order to diagnose your problem we need to run Windows performance toolkit the instructions for which can be found in this wiki

If you have any questions feel free to ask

Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:

Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the .zip file to Onedrive or a file sharing service and put a link to it in your next post * If you have updated to win 8.1 and you get the error message "the system cannot find the file specified" it is a known problem.  The work around is to edit the registry.  If you are not comfortable doing this DONT.  If you are, backup the key before you do Press Win+"R" and input regedit
Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WINEVT\Channels. Delete "Microsoft-Windows-DxpTaskRingtone/Analytic"

I built my own pc from scratch.

Intel Core i5 4440, Asus B85M-G, Kingston DDR3 4GB RAM, 3x WD 1TB sata drives, 1x Seagate Baraccuda 500GB, some casing fans, and led lightning.

Powered by Cooler Master G500 500W PSU.

connected to Belkin Surge Protector Home Series.

How you mean by clean boot?

By you mean InitiateSystemShutdownEX , you mean? I use Start > Shutdown

Nope, i didn't change any hardware and software. As for Updates, i not really sure. i don't even know if windows is updating.. cause the icon never appear on the taskbar even though it's updating in the background.

Three major problems

1-Most important (and serious).  OF 5000 events 3300 were from the HD.  There is major I/O issues.  I would run CHKDSK and download and run the HD makers disk checking utility (see snip)

2-Net runtime is corrupt and needs to be removed and re-installed.

3-Dip Away Mode (I believe this is ASUS software) caused the issues on shutdown.  I am not familiar with it

If you want to investigate more you will need to run a windows performance recorder trace using boot configuration

In order to diagnose your problem we need to run Windows performance toolkit the instructions for which can be found in this wiki If you have any questions feel free to ask

Please use the boot configuration

Happy to help and just happened to be lurking

If you give us a snip of your HD management console we can probably tell you  but I suspect if you run the WD short test on each of them you will see pretty quickly which one it is
