Hi,

After fresh installation of windows 8.1 I get this after right-click on icons on taskbar.http://imageshack.com/a/img540/3825/2nzJjC.png

The background is blue and icons off pin and close are too big. Reinstalled it two times and get the same problem. Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro,Version 6.3.9600 Build 9600,BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. V10.0BR-W7, 10/13/2014. Any solutions? Got two more off these MSi Probox23 and they are normal.

I am also experiencing this however mine is with a windows deployment image which was working fine pre windows 10 launch. In fact i had used the exact same image on exactly the same spec machine on Tuesday and it was fine, i go to do the image yesterday and i am getting this bug.

There are difference's in the way it installs post windows 10 launch too, before the launch i would get an additional window pop up to ask if i wanted to reserve windows 10, this now no longer pops up so i assume there must have been an update or something that applies on install.

I have narrowed this down the the following 'update' https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3072318

Once uninstalled the issue goes away.

But when installing an image from WDS, the update is automatically installed - what to do?
