Has anyone experienced an issue with desktop icons moving to left side of desktop after amending an office document for the first time, and subsequent occasions.

I use MS Office 2010 on Windows 8.1. The view settings "Arrange Automatically" and "Align to Grid" are off.  Office documents are arranged on the right hand side of the desktop.  If I create a new document on the right, open it and amend it, and then hit save button before closing it, the document will end up on the left hand side.  This usually happens on the first initial amendment, and can happen again after subsequent saves.  I have confirmed this on multiple Windows 8.1 machines and also Windows 7 machine with Office 2003.

I tested Office 2013 Word in my Windows 8.1 update, and it also has the same symptom as you described, after editing the document and saving it on desktop, it will be automatically moved to the left side. currently, I have no idea on this issue, I will report it.
