I have HP's desktop PC (AIO - 20-b103in) having Windows 8 as OS.

I Have external TV Tuner (USB type) of Gadmei (model - UTV302E).

Whenever I start this program, following error is prompted and PC restarts -

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (USBXHCI.SYS)

Please send me the appriopriate driver and process to install the same urgently.

From your post, I know that you got error message DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (USBXHCI.SYS) when starting Gadmei.

Based on my research, the Gadmei (model - UTV302E) is used USB 2.0 port. But the USBXHCI.sys is the USB 3.0 driver, so remove the devices connected to the USB 3.0 port and use the USB 2.0 port instead. The USB 2.0 port appears gray and 3.0 port appears blue.
