Suddenly i can not see the sign in option in the log on screen, its keep asking me to enter the password, i remember the pin but forgot the password,

never bothered about creating the rescue disk

Not able to log in to the system, kindly help

The sign-in option might be disabled by some reasons.

You may follow the thread provided by S.Sengupta to enable it again.

Regaring enable Windows Recovery environment, if you would like to use Refresh/Reset option, I am afraid you need to enter the password again.

Windows Startup Settings (including safe mode)

Besides, you may contact the manufacturer side and see if they could offer any further help.
