These were Related to
iaStorA.sys Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver from Intel Corp. yours is almost 2 years old. I would re-install the newest driver available and if you have an SSD I would update the firmware.

How To Find Drivers:
Search Google for the name of the driver
Compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
