Windows 8 keep adding printer ,which are deploying over GPO

HI

In my Company we use Windows server2008r2 as Server, and as Client only Windows8

We have two OKi Printer which we deploy over GPO,

And now the Problem everything began with the Problem that Printer where Offline. Ok i found now one GPO Setting which is working but not by all Clients.

Pushed out a group policy (or gpedit.msc on the local PC) Computer configuration\ Adminitratives Templates\System\Shutdown\. to untick/DISABLE the setting Power Options > System Settings > Shutdown Settings > Turn on fast startup (recommended).

but on some Clients i delete the two Printers, and want to re add Manual but then the Windows 8 is keeping adding Printer and now i habe 30 Printers 2x15.

Have someone now Resolution for that?

Update 1 for offline Printer i found there is one Update which i have to test Jet.

KB released today - 2961042 Printer server goes offline when you wake up the computer at another network location in Windows RT 8.1 or Windows 8.1

This is available via update rollup 2955164  Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 update rollup: May 2014

Ok i know disable GPO, manually delete all Printers, but when i enable gpo again, i become again 30 Printers.

Have someone the solution for deploying Printer over gpo?

Hi,

Please check the registry key according to the directory below:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Devices, in your case, there will be  duplicated printers listed at the right panel.

Try to delete the keys of the printers, printer of the screen below is hw-printer, you can find yours can delete them.

Also, I suggest to log on the computer with a local account to see whether the problem will happen again.
