Windows 7 uses the AIK.
Windows 8 uses the ADK.
Windows 10 uses the ADK.

Can you give me a reference for learning Windows ADK ?
For Windows installation/deployment activities, WAIK and WADK are similar.
WADK offers many tools in the kit, but several are not directly related to deployment tasks.
(e.g. Performance Toolkit, Compatibility Toolkit, etc)

If you are familiar with WAIK, the Deployment Tools in WADK will be familiar to you :)Also consider MDT, which can save you a lot of effort in Deployment activities.
