Windows Compatibilty Mode Issues
I have been upgrading our Software product for the last 6 months on Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2003 and WIndows 2008 x with no issues. In the past 3 weeks I have been runing into issues where our application will not open unless I change the compatiblity to XP, WIn98 or 2000, What would be causing this to all of a sudden to start happening?FFalcon1961

You haven't really posted enough information to get much meaningful help... What does your application do? Does it access the display in a special way? Are you changing the application? Does an older version run while the newer version does not? If so, what have you changed? If you're developing the application, where is it failing? Do you have debugging capability? What changed on the system since it was seen to work? Did you get a new display (or other) driver via a Windows Update? -Noel Detailed how-to in my new eBook: Configure The Windows 7 "To Work" Options
