Windows Defender
When Windows Defender tries to start at start up, or I try a manual scan i receive this message: Application failed to intialize: 0x800106ba. A problem caused this program's service to stop. Restarting the compute did not work. Do I need to unistall Windows Defender and reinstall? HELP hemiguy
