I want to know what is the frequency of updates for windows defender..As i use both WD and MSE(WD in disabled state) but i sometimes enable WD to update it and come to see that MSE antispyware version is new one then WD and when WD checks for updates it says "No new definations or WD updates are available"1 person needs an answerI do too

You don't want to have Windows Defender installed if you are using MS Security Essentials. MSSE has its own antispyware component and you should uninstall Windows Defender. If you want an antimalware program that doesn't run resident (recommended), try the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware instead.
