3A36 is the back USB ports
3A37 is also back USB ports

USB Controller Yellow Exclamation

I get a yellow exclamation mark on these 3 and this is the message I get in the properties dialog (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

However uninstalling and rebooting to make these 3 drivers install automatically is not working.

I have also tried Microsoft Fix it to fix the problem but it didn't.

But when these 3 drivers do install automatically, it shows no exclamation mark temporarily(for about 5 minutes)

Its the same when I uninstall it and do a 'Scan for hardware changes' It works temporarily.

Earlier the problem was only with 3A3A and 3A36, for 3A37, the yellow exclamation mark appeared just 2 days back.

FYI Everything was working fine until I installed Nokia Suite to backup my old phone. Uninstalled it and cleared the registry but no change.

Use original drivers from computer vendor, namely the chipset and USB support.

Contact Nokia support for explanation and help if my advice is not effective.

Thanks but I am using the original drivers.

Looks like I might have to do a reset.

Hi,

Here there is a library below about Code 43: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. But seems like you have tried all the methods it provide.

As Milos said, you can contact Nokia support for help, to be added, you can try to reinstall the motherboard driver and other related hardware driver for test.
