Windows Explorer has stopped working when i go to a folder which contains a mkv video file
I have a problem.. when i go to a folder which contains a mkv video file this problem occurs..
Window #1:
Windows Explorer has stopped working.
Windows is searching for a solution.
Option: Cancel box
Window #2:
Windows Explorer is restarting...
I need the solution for it

Click Start, input cmd in the search box, press ENTER to open the command prompt. Input the command: sfc /scannow Press ENTER to do a system file check.
If it doesn't work, I suggest you creaet a user-mode dump file, refer to:

After the dump file is created, you can upload it to your
SkyDrive, put it in a public folder and reply a folder link here. I'll check it later.

Hi,
Please check your hard disk for any errors:
Click Start
Type: CMD, from the results, right click CMD
Click 'Run as Administrator'
At the Command Prompt, type: chkdsk /r /f
If the issue persists, please logon with
Clean Boot
to see the result.
Furthermore, you can also create another user account and login for test.
