Windows Fax and Scan
We are using Windows 2008 FAX Server role and have configured it send email notification to the fax sender when a fax has been submitted successfully or failed. Recently, our users are noticing that while the faxes are actually being sent , they
are not receiving the notification emails. How can I resolve this?

May be a parameter was not typed correctly or was changed in a box on the Receipts tab of the Fax Properties dialog box.
In the left pane of Fax Service Manager, right-click Fax, and then click Properties: on the Receipts tab, verify that all information is correct.
