Windows Firewall disabled after every Restart ?
As the title says, my Windows Firewall gets disabled after every restart of my pc.
Before I installed IE8 (Internet Explorer 8) it didn't happen. But I have read that there was a bug or some kind of hole in IE7 for hackers to use, so I installed IE8 for better security options.
I also had encountered 2 trojan horses because of that hole in IE7 which my AVG Security had succesfully discovered and deleted.
But now after installed IE8 my AVG scan always detects
"C:\Windows\System32\svhost.exe [7576]:\memory_00400000" and "C:\Windows\System32\SVhost.exe [7576]" as a virus. I have searched the internet to see what kind of virus it is but it is not a virus infact.
So could anyone help to get my Windows Firewall on at every startup and explain what to do when AVG detects the same thing again ?
Thank You 1 person needs an answerI do too

I would probably try scanning your machine with something else to see if maybe there is an infection that AVG isn't finding or dealing with.
See if you can use http://housecall.antivirus.com. It's free and may find something new.
