Windows Live Moderators, Why So Many Answer And None Help?
I have been trying for a month now to re-activate my email account,Hacker added alternative email to my account so I could not change the password without his consent, I contacted Windows Live Support who would not validate me as the proper owner. So i spent ages trying to convince them ...After that I spent ages waiting for three different moderators to send me a password reset link and none came ... finally one did and account is still closed ... why does it take so long and about five or six different moderators to help one person ? If anyone can help me get my Hotmail account open again i would be most grateful.1 person needs an answerI do too

Frawley, do you have an 'alternative e-mail address'.....to counter-act the hacker's?If so, use it, and reclaim your e-mail account. If you don't, would suggest using another E-mail program, then, re-connect with all those you want to re-connect with. Tell them that you have changed you E-mail service, they will certainly realize that you have, by the e-mail they will get from you.In short, wipe out this 'hacker-altered' e-mail service...as soon as you have SET UP the other one. Your e-mail MIGHT (I say 'might' here) get get transferred to the new one.
