Hello All, I've tried just about everything I can think of that was suggested online. With no luck. I downloaded and installed wmp11. Haven't been able to open videos with it. I have to right click the video I want then open with, in order to play it. Can't just click on the vids like I have in the past. Have the codecs for it. Plus it doesn't open even when I just click on it. Now I've tried uninstalling it thru add/remove, won't let me. Just wants to keep rolling back to a player I don't have. Then computer restarts in the middle of removal. Tried the safe mode method suggested by microsoft and the second method they suggested as well. Neither one was found in my system or it was moved. I tried downloading 10 but my computer is not recognizing the setup icon. I'm running on service pack 3 with xp home editon. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Wasn't sure where to put this question. So feel free to put where it belongs. Thanks again. T2 people need an answerI do too
