Windows Meeting Space over internet
Hello,
I have been testing windows meeting space internally and found it to be very easy to use and fast. I now want to provide the same functions to remote users.
I have tried setting up a meeting from home and asked another staff member in the office to connect but it did not work correctly. I also tried placing my laptop in a DMZ and trying again but still it fails.
Is it possible to set up a meeting and have users join without needing to establish a VPN into the corporate network? Also, does meeting space run over a VPN into a standard ipv4 network or will changes need to be made?
I would like to be able to provide basic collaboration without having to go the route of buying in Groove.
Hope to hear back soon,
Keith
