Windows Partition Desappear
Hello,
I had a 1Tb drive in my portable pc with two partitions C and D. The C drive with 150Gb and the D drive with -850Gb.
The pc had an shutdown unexpected, anda after reboot, the logical drive D disappear. That space is know unallocated.
What I must do to retrieve the information in that logical drive without losing information.
Best regards,
Hugo Pinto

You will have to find and purchase a third party such as R-Drive to attempt to recover your data. Those utilities are not always successful. Windows 7 does not have any type of recovery utility. There are also firms that specialize
in data recovery. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
