Windows Remote Assistance (MSRA /OFFERRA): I want to see the user's mouse cursor. Is there an option to enable it?
I use MSRA /OFFERRA in a helpdesk enviroment, but I can't see the the user's mouse cursor. I know in other remote assistance-software, you can enable it by option (for example in Dameware's software). How come I can't see it when using msra?

Hi, Based on my known, administrator can see both administrator’s and user’s mouse cursor when you use the MSRA. Also when you try to control the user’s desktop. The two mouse cursor will overlap. Even ,try to change the bandwidth usage to help you to resolve the issue: 1. Run MSRA, chose Invite someone you trust to help you , chose Use Easy Connect. 2. Click Settings on Menu Bar. 3. Change the Bandwidth usage to “High”.
