Every time i restart my computer an Error pops up in the taskbar in the bottom right corner. It pops up and dissappears faster than i can read it. I managed to take a screenshot and read what it says. and the error reads. "-Failed to connect to a windows service Windows could not connect to the System Event Notification Service service. This problem prevents standard users from logging on to the system. As an Administrative user you can review the system event log for details about why the service didn't respond." Now as a person i'm rather good with computers, but this has never happened to me before so this is rather new and baffling. could someone tell me what i should do about this.
