Recently I had to do a fresh windows install so I had to clear my entire C drive.  So, I went to go to re-update back to windows 8.1 since my factory settings is at windows 8.  But, when i go to go download it, it tells me to download latest updates first, and than i go to PC Settings, and than Windows Update, and it tells me to restart now to finish updating, but when i restart the same issue occurs and everything says the same thing and I am in a loop trying to update what won't update... Please help...

You might be able to automatically fix some problems by running the Windows Update Troubleshooter
