Windows Wireless Service Problem
I have Windows Vista Home Premium on my Dell laptop. Yesterday I was unable to connect to any wireless networks. I clicked diagnose the connection, it said the windows wireless service was not started, I clicked solve this problem, and it returned that it could not resolve the problem. I tried doing a system restore, but I still had the same problem when it rebooted. I have not installed anything recently, and ran McAfee virus scan todayand found nothing on the system. I tried disabling and reenabling the wireless adapter, but this did not solve anything. I also tried to reinstall the drivers for the adapter. I would like to resolve this problem without reinstalling Windows Vista if possible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I need to use wireless on a daily basis. Thanks in advance!

I am having this same problem. I too have tried all the sloutions that you tried. I do not want to reinstall Vista (I will by a MAC next time). But reading your post, it is probably the only way to solve my problem.
