Windows XP will not move past first page (XP Page) when trying to boot system.
System has been operating normally but very slow. Tried to boot today and can't get past Windows XP page. It appears that it is trying to boot but dones not advance. I installed Windows Explorer 8 yesterday. System will boot in safe mode. 1 person got this answerI do too
