Windows cannot connect to the Internet using HTTP, HTTPS, or FTP. __This is probably caused by firewall settings on this computer.__
I recently installed the version of Norton, after that I was unable to use the internet, I thought it was the firewall settings in Norton. After messing with it for 30 minutes I gave up and unistalled Norton. I have turned off the firewall, I have reset the default settings. Below is the message that I am receiving when I run a diagnostic. A crazy thing is that I can connect to the internet when I am signed on as a guess to that same computer. Please help me!Windows cannot connect to the Internet using HTTP, HTTPS, or FTP.This is probably caused by firewall settings on this computer.Check the firewall settings for the HTTP port (80), HTTPS port (443) and FTP port (21).1 person got this answerI do too
