Windows installer panel keeps poping up tried services.msc to stop it but it comes back within seconds, some times it will not prefor to stop  also tried msiexec unreg will not hold .  The following will not install manually or with auto update .

Hi,· Since when are you facing this issue? Windows Installer service might be corrupted. I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below. Method 1:I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below.Step 1: a. Click on "Start" and then click on "Run."b. Type "cmd" or "command" in the box and click on "OK."c. Type each of these commands and press "Enter" after every one:cd %windir%\system32ren msi.dll msi.oldren msiexec.exe msiexec.oldren msihnd.dll msihnd.oldexitd. Type "exit" at the command prompt to close the Command utility.e.
